shipping options  

We offer shipping via UPS. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of order confirmation, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. If your order is placed over the weekend, please note it will not be processed until the following business day. Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.

Our standard delivery service is UPS Ground, within the continental United States only. Packages cannot be shipped to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses (example: PO Box 1234). Your order should arrive 2-6 business days after receipt of our e-mail shipment confirmation. Packages can be shipped Express (UPS 2nd Day) within the continental United States for an additional charge. At this time, we do not offer UPS Next Day Delivery or weekend delivery service.

  • To ensure the safe delivery of your package, UPS requires a signature for all deliveries.
  • Shipment of orders are limited to the continental United States and District of Columbia (sorry Alaska and Hawaii, we are working on that!).
  • All orders ship from our East Coast distribution center (zip code 06512).

After providing us with a valid e-mail address we will send you an e-mail order confirmation immediately after you place your order. This e-mail confirms that your order has been received by us.

returns and exchanges  

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know: . We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags still on, for a refund or exchange, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Please note, however, that refunds or exchanges will only be given on merchandise purchased from the Donna Ricco website. If you purchased your Donna Ricco item from another website or retail store, and wish to return that item, you must contact that retailer directly.


Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

All returns or exchanges must have a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be obtained by e-mailing CustomerService@donnaricco.com or calling customer service, 212-997-7200 x210. All returns should be sent to the address below using any traceable method (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc.)
