We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags still on, for a refund, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Please note, however, that refunds will only be given on merchandise purchased from the Donna Ricco website. If you purchased your Donna Ricco item from another website or retail store, and wish to return that item, you must contact that retailer directly.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be obtained by completing the RA request form for your order in the My Account section of our web site, by e-mailing CustomerService@donnaricco.com or calling customer service, 212-997-7200 x212. All returns should be sent to the address below using any traceable method (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc.)

Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
We will not be honoring price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.
