Can I purchase from the Donna Ricco showroom? The Donna Ricco showroom sells only to retailers; Specialty stores and Department stores. In the case that you are a retailer, you may contact us via e-mail to set up an appointment at CustomerService@donnaricco.com. Our showroom address is: 530 Seventh Avenue NY, NY, 10018.
Does Donna Ricco have express shipping? Packages can be shipped Express (UPS 2nd Day) within the continental United States for an additional charge. At this time, we do not offer UPS Next Day Delivery or weekend delivery service. Our standard delivery service is UPS Ground, within the continental United States only. Packages cannot be shipped to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses (example: PO Box 1234). Your order should arrive 2-6 business days after receipt of our e-mail shipment confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of order confirmation, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. If your order is placed over the weekend, please note it will not be processed until the following business day. Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.
