We are completely dedicated to protecting the privacy of visitors to our site who voluntarily provide us with on-line information about themselves. We do not exchange, sell, or loan personal information, such as e-mail or standard mailing addresses, phone numbers, etc., to any other company or organization under any circumstances.
Your Donna Ricco order is kept completely confidential. We will not disclose any information to anyone inquiring about an order they, or anyone else, have received.
We may decide to make changes to our Privacy Statement. If we do this, we will post those changes here so that we can inform and update our customers on how we collect and use information.
Security
Donna Ricco understands your concerns about Internet security. We make every effort to protect your personal information, by employing a Stronghold server which supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. Here’s how it works:
SSL encryption is active in all areas where customer information is requested. You can check to see that you have entered an SSL-active area by looking on the bottom of your screen. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), you will know that SSL technology is in place and ready to encrypt your information. You can also check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When you are in an SSL-active area, the first letters of our website address will change from “http:” to “https:” (the ‘s’ stands for ‘secure’).
When you place your order with us online, your information is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, which is then decoded when it gets to us.
Shipping
Shipping Options
We offer shipping via UPS. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of order confirmation, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. If your order is placed over the weekend, please note it will not be processed until the following business day. Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.
Our standard delivery service is UPS Ground, within the continental United States only. Packages cannot be shipped to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses (example: PO Box 1234). Your order should arrive 2-6 business days after receipt of our e-mail shipment confirmation. Packages can be shipped Express (UPS 2nd Day) within the continental United States for an additional charge. At this time, we do not offer UPS Next Day Delivery or weekend delivery service.
To ensure the safe delivery of your package, UPS requires a signature for all deliveries.
Shipment of orders are limited to the continental United States and District of Columbia (sorry Alaska and Hawaii, we are working on that!).
All orders ship from our East Coast distribution center (zip code 06512).

Order confirmation
After providing us with a valid e-mail address we will send you an e-mail order confirmation immediately after you place your order. This e-mail confirms that your order has been received by us.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags still on, for a refund, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Please note, however, that refunds will only be given on merchandise purchased from the Donna Ricco website. If you purchased your Donna Ricco item from another website or retail store, and wish to return that item, you must contact that retailer directly. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
No returns, exchanges or refunds will be honored on Final Sale items.

How to return an item?
1. Log into My Account
2. On the Account Dashboard, there will be a list of your recent orders.
3. Next to your Complete order, click on the link View Order.
4. Click on the link Return. It is located in the top right corner.
5. Enter your contact e-mail address.
6. In the section for Return Items Information, select the item(s) you wish to return, the quantity, the desired resolution, item condition, reason to return, and any additional comments.
7. Click the Submit button.
8. On the left sidebar, click on My Returns (10th item down). You will now see your pending return. Here, you can check the status of your return.
**Your order must has a Complete status for you to request an RMA.
*Please, allow up to 48 hours for your RMA to be processed.

How to return an item?
1. Enter your Order ID (this can be found on your confirmation e-mail)
2. Enter your Billing Last Name
3. Choose to find your order by your email address or zip code
4. Enter your e-mail address or billing zip code, then click Continue
5. Click on the link Return. It is located in the top right corner.
6. Enter your contact e-mail address.
7. In the section for Return Items Information, select the item(s) you wish to return, the quantity, the desired resolution, item condition, reason to return, and any additional comments.
8. Click the Submit button.
**Your order must has a Complete status for you to request an RMA.
*Please, allow up to 48 hours for your RMA to be processed.

Adjustment Policy
We will gladly adjust the price of an item if it decreases within 14 days of your original purchase! A one-time price adjustment may be made by submitting a request using our contact form. Donnaricco.com purchases are only eligible for adjustment through Donnaricco.com.
Please note: Price adjustments cannot be made for Final Sale merchandise.
